  Many times, the decision of leaders is unacceptable even to close confidantes. At times it is also inscrutable to them. The reason is SWOT. What are strengths and weaknesses is visible to all, but opportunities and threats are most often invisible and can be seen only by those who visualize the larger picture with a strategic mind. Also, it is not the immediate gain or loss but long-term regular benefits that decide matters. SWOT analysis is done on a continuous basis by leaders, as they are dynamic in nature. Among them opportunities and threats are very variable depending upon supportive and influencing factors. A leader continuously assesses the variable factors to conclude, how they affect his position. A TEMPLE VISIT IN PAKISTAN BORDER

I realized the power and benevolence of Tanot Mata a little late. “All the way for a temple”, was my remark when sightseeing plans were in talk to the temple at around 120 km from Jaisalmer.
